You have been very helpful and willing to be there for us and to make any adjustments at any time. We have found you to be very flexible,  encouraging and patient when we have been undecided, continually changing our minds. I particularly like the ease of contact I feel confident that when I call you will respond quickly, if not immediately and don’t feel, like so often in the past, that I will be fobbed off. Any changes we have requested have been made without any delay, we have never felt that you have been to busy to deal with us.
